After reading this, it does not surprise me that people would do this to move up in the workplace but it is not the right way.  The way they show their profits or improvements in the workplace need to be correct or else the whole company could go down.  The misconstrues of the graphs and other information regarding how the company is doing is really easy to do and anyone with a computer can do this.  Examples they gave us you can enlarge graphs to make your profits look bigger or you can use bar graphs that make it look like you are improving.  This is not very ethical w

      In the market a & s of Tree House they used a lot of the rules that Luntz has pointed out.  They don't use many long irregular words.  They make it so everyone can read it and understand it very clearly.  They use statistical proof that everyone can understand and use pie charts that are easy to see the data they wanted you to see.  Their credibility is pretty impressing seeing that they have gotten some great quotes and used them to their full potential.  They described the quotes and made them so that you could understand why the

I picked the book Business Plan in a Day by Rhonda Abrams.  I went to borders book store and saw some different books on business plans but this one stood out to me.  This book was really easy to follow and on almost each page it had quick tips that would help you in your thinking process.  One feature that I was impressed with was that it was also a kind of workbook in the way that at the end of the chapters or steps you would implement what it just discussed.  So at the end of the book you have pretty much finished your business plan.  This is the one I picked bec

    I thought that I was to short on my presentation and should have explained a little more of my company.  I thought I was moving a little and kind of making gesture's but I saw that I was not really moving and shaking during the middle and not using my hands enough.

He made a lot of really good points that i would never of thought of in creating my resume.  Some things that I would definately add to my resume that he pointed out is to not over do it, just put in things that would spark the readers interest and not just you going on and on.
