Luntz and the Marketing Analysis
Posted 10/28/2008 - 06:29 by sfloresv
The Luntz article was somewhat relative to our business plan. I believe that we used Consistency, Novelity, and we spoke Aspirationally. The reason I believe so is based on the fact that we were very consistent with our strategy constantly trying to keep the main point of our analysis all through out. Then the novelity factor kicks in from the beginning because we are offering products and services that have never been offered before and we are also offering a product that can be very useful for many people.

Out of the many business plan books that I looked at the one that stood out to me the most was The Anatomy of a Business Plan: A Step-by-step Guide to Building the Business and Securing Your Company’s Future by Linda J. Pinson
Wow, this is good stuff.

I have many things to say about this one. Douglas Richardson and I'm assuming many individuals that are in the HR field take no prissoners when viewing resumes. If they even look at it.
Out of the few resumes I've written because I tend to use the same one every time...I just tweak them a little every now and them....I'd say that until recently. I've given HR reps a reason to laugh.

well, the reason for everything I said in the pitch comes from my dream of having my own company with Michelle. So, I came up with the name Flotero. Flores and Otero combined.
With that stated, as far as the services go. I want to improve productivity in companies. As an HR Intern at Pearson I was able to notice the need for improved productivity as far as files and documents go.
So, to make the transitionneasier to companies. I want to offer free dtaqbase systems in return for all of their cabinets and stuff.
Essential skills for an entrepreneur.

There are many skills that an entrepreneur can put to use. But, quite frankly there are no specific skills that you must have because of the mere fact that entrepreneurship cannot be taught. This is of course coming from an article I read on Buisness Week.com.
The article lists some skills that an entrepreneur should have but the author clearly highlights the fact that entrepreneurship is learned on your own and not everyone will be able to do it.
So, out of the many skills that I could point out, I chose the ones that I thought were the most important. So here is my list:

The role and persuasion for an entrepreneur can be stated in many ways. Ralisticly, if an entrepreneur can not sell him or herself, first of all that business that was in mind wont even happen. A business is non-existent without a costumer. Whether your costumer is an individual or a Fortune 500 company your writing and persuasion are the lifeline for that business and the success that one so desires to have when becoming an entrepreneur.
