Resume Response

He made a lot of really good points that i would never of thought of in creating my resume.  Some things that I would definately add to my resume that he pointed out is to not over do it, just put in things that would spark the readers interest and not just you going on and on. Another thing i would do next time is use more statistics and not just your positions because they would see that some one trusted you with that position but how did you do in that position.  Just like he said in the objective part you need to tell them exactly what you want out of the company.  It also showed me that it needs to flow with what the reader is looking for and put yourself in the readers position.

    My resume would not have stood up to this critical reader because I had a bad objective which was long and boring and didn't tell what i really wanted from them.  I definately needed more statistics in my body instead of using long sentences that they would just skip over. 

    I would redo my objective and tell them what I wanted out of the company and what I'm cappable of.  I would also put more statistics in the body and make them more bullet pointed so they could read through it easier because he said that he looks at a resume no longer than 40 sec. Lastly I would make it flow a lot better so they can see that I know what they are expecting.
