The first job add is very proffesionally done. It lays out required skills in very fine detail and destinguishes between required and desirable skills. It shows a map of where the company is located and a description of what an applicant would be doing on the job. The only thing i think that is missing is some info on the company itself. I would have liked to see some sort of history or background info on the company

The second job add is terrible. There is bassically no information on it. I see no credibility in this add and would not even see it as worth my time to apply. There are no desired skills listed and the list of what is done on the job ranges from bartending to landscaping. Not an add with any credibility.

The third job add is done very professional much like the first. This add gives a company overview which the first was lacking. The add lists all the positions availble and describes what they are as well as where they are. This is a very well put together  job add.
