Resume Response

To be completely honest, I was taught at a young age how to write a good resume, and most of what this writer had to say I already knew. I thought that it was common sense that you don't want to be writing long paragraphs of information about yourself on your resume. Anybody that thinks that is a good idea must have half a brain. This article really doesn't reposition my thoughts at all about creating an effective resume. I used these guidelines when I made my resume in the first place, and there really isn't much of a difference between this article and what I already knew. I really do think that my current resume would have withstood a critical reading by this type of reader because of my prior knowledge. I wouldn't really do anything differently after reading this article because I already used these guidelines from Purdue's OWL website to complete my resume.
