I researched many entrepreneurship books and found that "Marketing and Management for New Ventures" was the most readable and easier to understand. The awesome fact about this book is that many topics which I read in the book, including the financial statements and ratio analysis sections describe the concept by depicting its real world application rather than just an abstract explaination of the concept.

"Marketing and Management for New Ventures" has many unique features. As I already mentioned that the book shows a real world application of the technical terms covered in the text. Secondly, it is well written, clear and concise. It gives a calculated amount of information rather than providing a very detailed and expansive description about topics, which might not be even necessary to know at this point. The book is cheap, easily available in the book stores, easy to carry and handle.

I would say that this book is applicable for anybody who wants to write a business plan irrespective of the industry to which he/she belongs. It is much generalized and uses a build-up approach towards making a business plan by integrating essential components required to make a business plan.

It explains topics from the very basic level as compared to other books, so it really make sense for the beginners. The long list of features which the book possesses makes it preferable over other books in this category. It provides real value for money by giving the exact information required to make a business plan which other books don't.
