Market Analysis Review

Does the industry analysis cover all the needed points?

You guys did a good job of covering the main points of the market analysis. There are good headings to show what each section of the paper is including and it touches on all the main points we were suppose to discuss.  However, there may be some lack of organization.

Does the rough draft flow correctly?
Your rough draft is very well put together and organized with information. One suggestion I have for you is maybe talk more about your message and personal characteristics the product has for the market first and then put all the information you have about funding and market strategy. There seems like there is a clump of information about one area here and then you continue into something else and come back later to discuss a section that relates to the earlier topic. Just consider the organization of your different sections.

Are there enough visuals throughout the analysis?
There are good visual aids through the analysis that show the statistics for different areas. Your visuals show that there are significant people who will view the advertisments you show. The way you relate media advertising industry to the economy is good support.   Your visuals are good overall and have good support for your product in the market.

Is the analysis about the customers and customer satisfaction sufficient for this document?
The market analysis you present talks about how you plan on meeting customer needs. There is good information with a plan of attack on gaining market interest.

Is the market analysis sufficient to introduce an entry level product?
Yes, you have a ton of information and visual aids to represent your product. I think there is a good amount of information listed with statistics that give you a strong approach to start up.

Does the initial analysis create sufficient evidence for the potential growth of the company?
As before the graphs and statistics are good support. Maybe look through and see if any statistics you give are not as important as your first thought. Having too much information that is not relevant can look sloppy.

Is there sufficient financial analysis to attract potential investors?
The visual presentations are a good way to get investors to bite on the product. You clearly show that there is an opportunity exists to get your advertisements out there for consumers to view.

Overall, the market analysis you guys have is looking good. I like the visual aids and graphs that help show the opportunity for your product. Most people like to see ideas and support in front of them before they move ahead into an investment, and you did a good job of this. I would suggest categorizing your information a little better. For example, first, talk about your target market, then the advantages you offer this market. Next, talk about the industry history and potential. Finish up with the information regarding marketing cost and the way you plan on going about marketing. Just a suggestion to look at!

  Does the industry analysis

  1. Does the industry analysis cover all the needed points?

  2. Yes, your industry analysis covers all of the main points. You have plenty of statistics and use good charts and graphs to demonstrate those points.

Does the rough draft flow correctly?

  3. The rough draft flow is not too bad. Perhaps try adding transitions from section to section to help it flow a little more.

  4.
  5. Are there enough visuals through out the analysis?
  6. Yes, this analysis has 4 charts/graphs which demonstrate your points, but more never hurt. The only places that it would be possible to use a chart/graph would be in the local industry section and the statistics about drive-thru use in the customer satisfaction section, if you wanted to add more.

  7.
  8. Is the analysis about the customers and customer satisfaction sufficent for this document?
  9. Yes, there is ample information about customers and customer satisfaction.
  10.
  11. Is the market analysis sufficent to introduce an entry level product?

    Yes.
  12.
  13. Does the initial analysis create sufficent evidence for the potential growth of the company?
  14. The initial analysis creates evidence for potential growth.

  15.
  16. Is there sufficent financial analysis to attract potential investors?

  17. There is plenty of data which provides evidence of market growth.

This is a great start to the marketing strategy and analysis, however, the way it is organized needs some work. Imagine an investor browsing through wanting to read a specific section. Besides the first couple pages, it is mostly a Q and A section. Perhaps expanding this into sections rather than just questions would help. It seems like it's a ton of information without many headers and sections.
