Luntz and a GREAT Business Plan

Here are three rules that were used in the plan

1. Simplicity - The used very simple words as well as abbreviating things including their name. The name of the company is Manufacturing and Management Beverage Appliances, Inc. which they shortened to 2MBA.

2. Credibility - They have multiple sections dedicated specifically to show their credibiility. They have an extensive appendix that shows how they got their information. In the business plan they included sections about the team members to show their areas of expertise, and they also included the business values.

3. Novelty - The way the business plan is written is briliant in my opinion. It is very easy to search for whatever information you are looking for. They are presenting an already existing idea in a completely new way. They are very innovative in their descriptions and explanations of how their product works and what it is.

These are the three things that really stood out to me.
