The role and persuasion for an entrepreneur can be stated in many ways. Ralisticly, if an entrepreneur can not sell him or herself, first of all that business that was in mind wont even happen. A business is non-existent without a costumer. Whether your costumer is an individual or a Fortune 500 company your writing and persuasion are the lifeline for that business and the success that one so desires to have when becoming an entrepreneur. So, the role of writing and persuasion to an entrepreneur is to start and maintain that credibility, business, and success that are vital for any entrepreneur.

And how does this relate to my expectations of this class? Quite frankly, I believe this class is going to be very challenging but yet rewarding at the end. I have a feeling, just by reading the first couple of pages of the book by Anne Surma, that this class will be testing us in many ways. I thought the book was challenging because of the fact that it uses terms that we dont use in every day life. Some of these words, honestly, are new to me. So, Although the book will help broaden my vocabulary, I know I'll have to put in alot of time just to understand what the book is implying and what the author wants us the readers to get out of her book.
