Persuasion with precision

I will analyze my business idea pitch from two vital aspects, firstly content and secondly, delivery or presentation.
As far as the content goes, I feel that it was meant to hit the target in one shot. It was clear, concise, persuasive and ethical. In an elevator pitch it is very important that every word you speak has a purpose and the purpose is to sufficiently attract the investor's attention for the time you are speaking. Also, it is crucial to provide enough detail in the content to display an idea's potential and that it is meaningful and can make a difference. This was my goal which I wanted to achieve by appropriately designing and organizing my content. I started off with greeting everybody warmly and introducing myself and my passion, which is to increase resource reusability. Then I wanted to spot a pain in the market place, something which is not going right and there is an urgent need to fix it. And the pain is that recources are getting wasted in abundance when thousands of houses are demolished. After making the listener realize the pain I described the solution which is very well reflected in the quotation which I used, "One man's junk is another man's treasure." I then went on by giving a preliminary description of my idea, its benifits, its potential to excel in future and its ability to solve the pain. I also described the target market , the idea's potential to make money and the parameters that require initial investment. I personally feel that all these points mentioned above which I have included in my content were very crucial to make an effective elevator pitch.
Now comes the analysis of my presentation, I think it is very necessary to attract the attention of an audience when you speak, so it was very important for me to use right words with fluency, confidence, enthusiasm, and passion, which I think I did. My content had the strength but it would mean nothing if it was expressed ineffectively. But I think I expressed myself effectively by using catchy and appropriate quotes, holding the audience attention, using facial expressions, professional dressing, hand gestures and appropriate pauses without rushing and getting the message across successfully. Everything was used to persuade the audience and evoke them to act by investing in my firm.
