Here are three rules that were used in the plan

In the activity we did in class with the Tree House company's market analysis and strategy, I noticed that they applied some of the rules that Luntz had pointed out. First, they use a lot of numbers which represents proof that they have a very good idea of what they are doing and where they want their company to be. Their Market A & S is very easy to understand, and there is little confusion with any of the messages they are trying to get across.

Ten Rules of Success!

I have attempted to list three rules that have been used consistently in each of the market analysis and research sample documents. While reviewing these documents, I tried to look at how the structure of each document was made specifically to serve their objectives:

The Luntz article was somewhat relative to our business plan. I believe that we used Consistency, Novelity, and we spoke Aspirationally. The reason I believe so is based on the fact that we were very consistent with our strategy constantly trying to keep the main point of our analysis all through out. Then the novelity factor kicks in from the beginning because we are offering products and services that have never been offered before and we are also offering a product that can be very useful for many people.

True Power of Words

I must say the most surprise sentence I read in this article was "The people are the true end; language is just a tool to reach and teach them, a means to an end." I had never thought of my words in that context. It is amazing how sticking to the basics can create an effective message. In the Marketing Strategy our document we used the message "this is a one-stop shop that is fast, easy, and convenient." This is a simple and familiar message that has been used before by other companies. It follows rule one and eight.

In the market a & s of Tree House they used a lot of the rules that Luntz has pointed out.  They don't use many long irregular words.  They make it so everyone can read it and understand it very clearly.  They use statistical proof that everyone can understand and use pie charts that are easy to see the data they wanted you to see.  Their credibility is pretty impressing seeing that they have gotten some great quotes and used them to their full potential.  They described the quotes and made them so that you could understand why the
