10 Simple Rules
While reading through the PimpMyDorm.com business analysis the first thing I noticed while reading the Market Size section was that they used very large words. A few that I noticed were homogenous, facilitated, macroeconomic, and microeconomic. This goes with rule number one but obviously it does not follow this rule.
Ethics
The main ethical considerations that I found in the article was the use of "tricking" readers. The use of things such as charts, graphs, and pictographs can be deceiving because the use large and small objects that confuse the focus point and make the data look like it represents something it shouldn't, such as a higher growth in business that it really had. This is an important issue because it can be very misleading and convey the wrong message. It may be good for business but it is unethical to trick someone into believing something that i
Textbook
The book that I chose for my group to buy wasn't the most advanced book but it was one of the simplest. It is Business Plans for Dummies. I really liked this textbook because like I said before it was very simple. It has details on how to write everything down to the action plan. I especially like it for my group because it is so detailed and there is really no way of getting things messed up. It gives the reasons why you are doing what you are doing in making the business plan so things tend to make more since and do not seem po

After reading the article it really made me rethink my resume making abilities. Although, the last time I really had to make a resume was for a class in high school that was at least 5 years ago. Needless to say, mine is a little outdated. I do not have my resume from so long ago because it was so long ago and it's lost somewhere. It would be easier to just start over actually. But, Ireally thought about how I would write one as compared to how I really should write one. I have been taught to keep them short and sweet
Um..then I'd like to...um..then um...
My presentation went a lot different than how I had imagined it went. I have a bad habit of talking really fast when I am in front of a group of people and I pictured myself talking a lot faster than what I actually did. I normally talk with my hands and I did this a lot during my presentation and to me it was very distracting because of how often it occurred. It was also distracting because that was the only movement that I made.
I choose you! Oh, and you too!
The reason I voted for the two pitches that I voted for was more to do with the idea. I thought about it very realistically and thought about what would survive today. The presenter had to be confident and know what they were talking about as well. But, my decisions were based on how well the idea was thought out, how much information they gave, and how realistic it was. There were many good ideas and many that seemed plausible. Although, the ones that gave me the most information stuck out to me because if I knew all this information they

Rhetorical Choices
I chose to open a book rental store because I believe that it is something that can become a reality on a large campus. I believe that many students would appreciate and jump on the chance to get their books as a cheaper price. There are downfalls with this because many professors do not use a book long enough to really make it worthwhile. This is why I proposed that the professors would get a small profit if they kept the same book for a longer period of time. Most of the times the new editions professors choose have a few updated fact and mostly new
