The book that I believe would be the best for Garden Green would be How To Write A Business Plan written by Mike P.

<!--[endif]-->This article brings up a number of interesting topics that everyone could take to heart.  The phrase “Seeing is believing” does not have the same truth that it once did.  Images can now be doctored so that they not only change the image but enhance it.

While reading through the potential hires, only a few resumes stuck out.  These were the ones that showed that they had a real interest in what their career would be.  Others had work experience, but much of that experience had nothing to do with their careers.  It was not very focused.  Two resumes jumped out at me that I knew I should hire even though they had some flaws in their writings.

For an entreprenuer, writing and persuasion may be the most important aspects of their business.  It all comes back to their communication skills.  To be a great leader you must be able to communicate your thoughts to all the people around you.  As an entrprenuer, this is even more important.  You are constatnly persuading and communicating.  It may be simple as giving your employees instructions or actually asking investors for more money.  The better you share your thoughts, then the easy it will be for them to do what you ask.
