The Role of Writing and Persuasion

 

Writing is part of communication, and one must be able to clearly communicate both orally and written to be able to sell your idea to others. Having writing skills necessary for business documents makes one look more professional and allows him or her to prepare the necessary items. If one wishes to persuade a potential investor, he or she must be prepared to answer any question or concern that may arise. This can only be accomplished if you are prepared and have your documents written according to the professional standards.

I’ve never enjoyed writing or reading, so I hope to improve my writing skills this semester along with being able to write a professional business plan including: an executive summary, a business description, marketing strategies, competitive analysis, design and development plan, management plan, and the financial components involved.
