Honesty is very important in our lives but sometimes honesty can be an obstacle as an entrepreneur. One has to overstate some of the information to catch other people's eyes. However I cannot deny that honesty is necessary. I really like others such as flexible, organized. An entrepreneur has to have flexibility on dealing people and work. If you are not organized, you cannot be flexible.  Overall, I like the list!
