The documentation project consists of four total parts:
- A weekly record of individual contribution
- Individual contribution document
- Collaborative evaluation
- A letter addressed to me detailing what you have learned in the class as a whole
1. Weekly Record
Using any format you feel is appropriate (memo, chart, bulleted list, etc.) detail the following for each week of the group projects:
- Meeting minutes
- Your contribution to group deliverables for that week
2. Individual Contribution Document
This document should be a memo in which you explain your contribution to the group, group progress, group deliverables, and group meetings. Your document must:
- Be in memo format
- Addressed to Catherine A. Shuler
- Contain a line for each group member signature
- Be distributed to other group members
- Be turned in by your group members with their documentation project
3. Group Collaboration Evaluation
This should be another memo in which you list each group member by name and note the following:
- Their contribution to the group
- The grade that you feel they deserve for each of the major projects
4. Professional Letter to Catherine A. Shuler
This document should be a record of what you learned in the class and a persuasive recommendation regarding the grade you receive in the class. It should meet the following requirements:
- Follow professional letter formatting
- Be audience aware
- Explicate your contribution to the class as a whole
- Describe what you learned
- Express your desired grade and the reason that you believe you deserve that grade
