What is the role of writing and persuasion for an entrepreneur? How does that relate to what you hope to get from the course

In the business world most of the communication is done through writing, so it is very important for one to be very professional when writing to someone in a business world. For an entrepreneur it is very important to be professional while writing and at the same time being persuasive. From persuading the investors to invest money in the business to persuading customers to buy the product, it is very important for an entrepreneur to have the self confidence to be persuasive.

As of now, I feel I don't have adequate knowledge of Business writing and am looking forward to improve my writing skills to present my future writing more professionally. I am taking this class for entrepreneurship certificate and it is required for my major which is Accounting.

The role of writing and persuasion plays an essential part when trying to get your point across.  Entrepreneurs must use persuasion in their lives because they are often trying to convince someone that their idea or business plan is good.  The writing that these entrepreneurs participate in on daily reports or business plans must also be somewhat persuasive depending on the what the topic is.  So entrepreneurs must be well eduacated in both writing and persuasion to be successfull leaders.

     The role of writing and persuasion for an entrepreneur is to be able to get your potential investor(s) to become completely comfortable and confident in your business idea or product. Whatever it is that you choose to write up to give to potential investors must be professionally written and correct. Any slip, typo, mess-up, or misstated sentence can be all that the investor needs to not want to give you their money.

Persuasion has its many different positives in the world of an entrepreneur. If you are needing to persuade some one to invest into your corporation, it is very important to write in a way that will lead your perspective investors towards your driven goal. Another reason why this writing is so important is because if you are trying to establish your company as a powerhouse, you will need to need to persuade people to believe in that. This class will help me to write in ways that will give me an unfair advantage over others in the same business.
