Final Project Log: Project Completion
In the final few weeks of the project, we converted our written documentation into a PowerPoint with each member converting a page into several slides. A draft was presented to the class, minor corrections were made, and the project was submitted. In addition, I began working on my individual documentation project, which will be submitted today.

Group Collaboration Evaluation
Unfortunately, I am pretty sure I turned in the hard copy with my psych paper. So here it is. If you could post a comment saying that you agree with it or I need to make any changes, I would appreciate it.

Week 15 Project Log: Almost Done
The week before Thanksgiving we turned in the written usuability doucmentation. Because we were waiting for it to make revisions and we did not have class on Tuesday, this was a slower week. On Thursday, each of us converted a page from the written documentation into our multimedia Powerpoint presentation. Thursday evening I finished putting the document together and sent the Powerpoint to Tianyi for proofreading. Tianyi made some minor corrections, so that the Powerpoint will be ready to turn in on Tuesday.

Week 12 Project Log: A Slow(er) Week
This week was a relatively slow week for the white paper project as we were waiting for the return of our rough draft. Today in class we divided up the portion of the executive summary which we will complete by Monday night so that I can combine them for class on Tuesday. The only revisions not addressed in our meeting or previously were addition of a table of contents and correction of grammatical errors.
Week 11 Project Log: New deadlines and new directions
On Sunday, we met as a group to divide corrections we knew would be necessary before submission of the final draft. Andy and Cody were tasked to work on adding more information regarding issues which hamper collaboration to our introduction. Tianyi was to collect screenshots from each site and add the appropriate citation. Finally, I was to add callouts for important quotes and to add the screenshots ot the paper.
Plan, Test Plan

Practice Makes Perfect
In his post "'The Way' to Get White Paper Experience," Michael Stelzner responds to a question posed by a reader. How do you learn how to write a white paper? Stelzner suggests three steps to become an effective white paper writer. First, look at other white papers and observe what the authors do. What tricks do they use to communicate effectively?
