English 421: Technical Writing

 I actually liked this article, which is surprising because i dont like much of anything that comes out of Microsoft. This article not only talks about what technical writing is, he also chats a bit about the employment field in the technical writing arena. 

The author hits on and helped me to understand why we are having to some things in this class, like keep a blog. Technical writers today obviously keep blogs for there widgets and gizmos to keep us informed and to get them feedback. He also hit right on about that the meat and potatoes job of the technical writer is to make the complex seem simple and digestable to the not quite so tech savvy consumer.
