English 421: Technical Writing

 - Pardon the lateness

Week 9 consisted of some information gathering and setting up the structure of our paper.  Near the beginning of the week I made sure to submit about 4 sources that I felt would really help sell the idea for VoIP.  On thursday, our group convened in class and began laying out the different topics of the paper and who would write about those sections.  I helped come up with topics and was assigned to write about the available hardware and software to be used by a business in implementing a VoIP system, and about the necessary and key steps in setting up the system.
