What to Document

This article does a good job of explaining just exactly what should be documented, as well as the primary purpose of documentation.  The primary purpose for documentation from this website is to help users perform their work as efficiently as possible.  That includes understanding tasks, making decisions, overcoming problems, and performing tasks more efficiently.  This is exactly what we are trying to accomplish with our usability project.  We are trying to make it easier for a company to use our web2.0 websites.  The article also talks a lot about the user needs.  This is also important for our usability project.
