English 421: Technical Writing

With the multimedia project comming up i thought it would be a good idea to post something about multimedia.  In this article this author talks about writing the initial instructions to a product then sending the product to the consumers.  After this is done the author talks about how he looks on fourms and other blogging sites to see what the consumers need to learn to operate the product properly.    The way that this author is answering these questions is by using 5 minute videos to get the message across.
