English 421: Technical Writing

Ok, so this is what I've done so far, sorry, it's been a crazy weekend, as I'm sure it has been for everyone, with finals coming up and all.  It will be done, don't worry about that.  I thought I'd just post something, we'll fill it in and polish it off tomorrow.  Don't forget to type your memos and bring them in on Tuesday so we can all sign them.
